Country Manager




Employment requirements:

  • Experience in business organization, management and operation (at least 3 years);
  • Direct organization of B2C sales and management;
  • Experience in insurance or banking (required);
  • Recruitment and staff training skills;
  • English advanced knowledge (required);
  • Advanced knowledge of any of following languages (required): Bulgarian, Serbian, Hungarian, Italian, Portuguese, Greek and Polish;
  • Knowing Russian makes an advantage;
  • Possibility of relocation.

 Job summary:

  • Organize and manage the affiliation activities;
  • Maintain the clients’ support at the highest level;
  • Organize the events for clients implication and assistance;
  • Perform and provide the KPI;
  • Space planning activity.
